Happy 2016. Some finishes and a bunch of new starts

Hi everyone!
I decided to join in the Crazy January Challenge on FB. Dedicated to Debbie Faris Bryant who passed away, at a very young age, from a heart attack in 2014. It was Debbie who came up with the idea of a start a day for the months of January and February. Last year I had way too many UFO's to join in the 2015 group. This year I am able to join in the fun. Here is what I have so far this month. 12 starts, 2 finishes and 3 ready for beads and ornamentation.
So here goes

Day 1 start is Brooke's Books January Birthday Cake,
Since this pic was taken I have finished the cross stitch and it is waiting for beads. I forgot to take another picture.

Day2 is HAED Boo, artist Randal Spangler, a RAK from Courtney Sands for my birthday last year.
Not too bad for a days work. Over 1000 stitches. Think this one is going to be a fast one once the challenge is over and I can concentrate on it.

Day 3 is another HAED. Trim The Tree Stocking, artist Randal Spangler. This one did not go as fast as DH decided to bake a giant cake. Stitching was doomed that day!

Day 4 was a Lizzie Kate January Stamp. Which I finished.
Day 5 was a Lizzie Kate January Blocks. Finished!

Day 6 is another Lizzie Kate Santa Wanted. I couldn't put him down and he is ready for beads.

Day 7 is Ellen Mauer-Stroh January Carnations

Day 8 is Winter Pantry, Brooke's Books

Day 9 is January new years bear, Joan Elliott

Day 10 is a Just Nan shop freebie Royal Blossoms smalls. Would Like to make a biscornu out of this one.
Day 11 is Lizzie Kate February Stamp. All it needs is some flower buttons. The fabric is a 28 count Pink Polkadot from Fabric Flair. Fun to work with.

Day 12 is February Blocks, Lizzie Kate. I did start this and have the bottom right block finished. And I should have updated this as I changed the fabric to the same pink polkadot as the Feb stamp.

Day 13 start will be Country Cottage Needleworks Merry Christmas Deer.

Oh, and I won a small pattern, of my choice, from HAED. I completed both my yearly, and half year goals, in the group bulletin board. The randomizer pulled my name out of its cyber hat. Had to go back 3 times to read the announcement to make sure I didn't make a mistake and read the wrong name. This is the pattern I chose.
Not sure when I will be able to start this one. My year is pretty well planned. But, one never knows!

Thanks for stopping by!
Deb

Your little finishes are adorable! And I love the polka dot fabric for the February pieces.

I'm continually amazed and impressed by the HAED designs folks take on. They're gorgeous, but look so intimidating! You've got some lovely (and cute) ones in your stash.

Oh my Deb, all these gorgeous starts for this year's Debbie's Crazy Challenge. And you already have some finishes. That's absolutely cool.
I was doing the challenge last year and it was a lot of fun. This year I will pass. But I will follow your new starts and your progress on the projects you choose.

Wonderful finishes and great starts as well. I really like "flip it" series from Lizzie Kate. I've done tham all last year.
